Triathlon combines three endurance disciplines who submit to an intense effort, varied and long, so MX3 after studies of body energy needs carried out among triathletes, to create the long distance triathlon pack.
This pack contains all the products that your body and muscles need before exercice with an antioxidant energy cake, antioxidant maltodextrin, to drink 3 days before the race, these three products help you to saturate your stocks in glycogen and put you in the best conditions on the day of the event.
The pack also contains sports nutrition products to help you during exercise with an isotonic drink, bars and energy gels and a liquid meal in the bearing losses aim of vitamin, mineral, magnesium, carbohydrates, etc.

Long Distance Triathlon Pack is perfect for triathlons distance from M to IronMan.
This is the most complete pack, because it contains all the products you need before exercise to maximize your energy reserves than 3 days to 30 minutes before the race. During exercise, the pack brings you vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates to help you keep pace and counter the loss of essential nutrients for the proper functioning of your muscles.
Finally, in post-exercise for optimal muscle recovery, MixDrink Retrieve brings you protein and BCAAs to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. 

When taking the products on XL / XXL distance:

Cycling session : 

-MixDrink, Energy drink every 10 minutes and a piece of energy bar
-MixLong A sip regularly to bring carbohydrates and sugars.
-Long Time Energy: Consume 1 gel at kilometer 60 and 120.
-Fast Energy: age consume 150 kilometer.

Running sesion : 

-MXGEL Antioxidant consume a gel at kilometer 15 and 25.
-Long Time Energy: Consume a gel at kilometer 10, 20 and 30
-Fast Energy: Consume a gel at kilometer 35 and 40

Pack très complet

Tous les produits dont on a besoin sont dispo, et ont une réelle efficacité, dans ce pack, j'en ai meme un peu trop mais tant pis je les utilisent après pour mes entrainements. On a le choix dans les parfums des produits et ça c'est réellement un bon point.
