Whey protein is a food supplement which as its name suggests is used to supplement the intake of dietary protein by a powdered drink mix.

Terrible Pure Whey is thus a 100% natural supplement created from whey quality and thus contains 72.40% protein
(also called native or bioactive whey) and obtained by ultrafiltration, a process which does not denature and keep quality whey letting through water, fat and most of the lactose.
We add to our preparation 16 vitamins and minerals essential to the proper functioning of the body, such as vitamins B, A and C, potassium, magnesium, etc.
