Terms and conditions of use

  • These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the websites www.nutrition-sportive.fr and www.repas-lyophilise.fr.
    The company TITOK Production owns the brands MX3 Extrême and MX3 Aventure reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. If modified, it will be applied to each order the general terms and conditions in force at the date of the order.

  • Availability of the products

    Our product offer and prices are valid until they are available on the website within the limits of available stocks.
    Upon receipt of each order, we check the availability of the products ordered. In case of a reference soldout, we commit ourselves to alarm our customers as soon as possible and

    • Either replace the missing product or a similar product at the same price.
    • To deliver the products immediately and redeliver the soldout product within 30 days from the registration date of the order.
    • To deliver the products immediately available and give a credit if the amount is less than 50 euros or a refund if the amount is more than 50 euros.

    The registration of the order date depends on the payment method and is defined as follows:

    • The date of the order for payment by credit card online
    • The date of receipt of the check for payment by check for order placed online or by fax or phone.

    Samples: through promotional activities, we can attach to your package samples and promotional messages. Only one sample per person per parcel is delivered. It may be as well as advertised on the website, the sample is not included in the package. The processing of these samples is manual and can be error-prone, however, no claim will be considered by our customer service about it.

  • Electronic Signature

    Any order signed by the client a "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance. Which can not be called an issue within the limits set out in these terms and conditions.
    This electronic signature has value between the parties as well as a handwritten signature.

  • Price / general

    Titok Production reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but is committed to applying the applicable rate specified at the time of your order.

  • To promote specific conditions and pack

    Specific tariffs packages and promotions are only valid for the stated period and year can no circumstances be required outside these periods.

  • Vouchers

    Vouchers are only valid on products excluding promotions and packages and are subject to minimum order. Any order not meeting this minimum will not be entitled to benefit from the reduction due to the purchase.

  • Shipping Costs to delivery in France

    The cost of preparing and shipping the order are calculated based on the total price controlled HT.

  • Shipping Costs to delivery outside France

    The cost of preparing and shipping the order are based on the weight of products ordered and the country of delivery . The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and rise the price of sending colissimo.

  • Time and type of standard delivery

    The delivery time can vary from 2 to 15 business days from the order date. Delivery is made by Colissimo for products less than 30 kg or carrier for all products over 30 kg or 2 boxes. Delivery time after shipment is 48 hours for France, please notify us of any delay in delivery.

  • Time and manner of express delivery

  • State of the parcel after delivery

    You need to check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before accepting the delivery or sign the delivery.

  • Responsibilities

  • Right to cancel

    You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

    Effects of cancellation

    If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
