To complete this balanced formula, our pre-race drink is enriched with magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E.   • Before exercise : the drink should be consumed in the last hour before exercise. Drink in small amounts (1 to 2 sips at a time) to avoid  digestive upset.
  • Dosage : 40 g per 500 mL.
  • Directions : Dilute 40 g of powder, or 2 level spoons (spoon provided) in 500 mL of cold water. Shake well before use.
  • Store in its original closed packaging, at room temperature, in a dry, cool and healthy place away from light. 
  • Minimum durability date (MDD) : 12 months after the date of manufacture.
