Freeze-dried chocolate muesli

Freeze-dried chocolate muesli is the ideal breakfast before starting a workout. Gourmet, not very sweet, and crispy, the muesli is composed of oat flakes, wheat, raisins, grated coconut, sunflower seeds and 15% cocoa. The recipe can be rehydrated with cold water.
The sachet is compact and lightweight, allowing easy transport in a backpack.

Muesli 47% (cereal flakes (OATS, WHEAT), sugar, sunflower oil, raisins (grapes, cottonseed and sunflower oil), glucose syrup, grated coconut, sunflower seeds, honey, salt, flavoring natural vanilla, caramel syrup, antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherols), whole MILK powder, chocolate chips 15% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter) (MILK), cocoa 7%, sugar, apple starch earth, plant fiber. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Possible traces of: crustaceans - eggs - fish - soya - nuts - celery - sulphites

Rehydration time: 3 minutes.
Rehydratable with hot water.

Step 1: Spread the base of the bag so that it holds well.
Step 2: Gradually pour the quantity of water into the bag until the
level line indicated on the bag, stir with a spoon.
Step 3: Close the bag using the zip. Leave to rest for the indicated time
on the bag so that the dish finishes rehydrating.
Step 4: Mix the preparation again and enjoy. Enjoy your food !
