Freeze-dried chocolate porridge

Porridge with chocolate chips and caramelised sunflower seeds is the ideal breakfast or snack to quickly fill up on energy. With its delicious creamy consistency, the porridge is a source of protein and fibre thanks to the mixture of oats, almonds and sunflower seeds.
The recipe rehydrates in just 3 minutes, preferably hot for a smoother chocolate. The sachet is compact and lightweight, allowing easy transport in a backpack.

OAT flakes 55%, whole MILK powder, sugar, chocolate chips 8% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter) (MILK), ALMOND, caramelized sunflower seeds (sunflower seeds, sugar), cocoa in grains 3%. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Possible traces of: crustaceans - eggs - fish - soya - celery - sulphites

Rehydration time: 3 minutes.
Rehydratable with hot water.

Step 1: Spread the base of the bag so that it holds well.
Step 2: Gradually pour the quantity of water into the bag until the
level line indicated on the bag, stir with a spoon.
Step 3: Close the bag using the zip. Leave to rest for the indicated time
on the bag so that the dish finishes rehydrating.
Step 4: Mix the preparation again and enjoy. Enjoy your food !
