To be consumed after prolonged and/or intense exercise, maximum 2 hours after the end of the exercise, and no later than 6 hours after the exercise.

Dosage: 60 g for 300 mL of milk or water.

Instructions for use: Dilute 60 g of powder, i.e. 3 level spoons (spoon provided) in 300 mL of milk or cold water. Shake well before use.

Store in its original closed packaging, at room temperature, in a dry, cool and healthy place protected from light.

Minimum durability date (MBD): 12 months after the date of manufacture.
