Whey ice cream
What you need :
- 300 g of white cheese
- 200 g of frozen fruit of your choice (banana, mango, blueberry, etc.) according to your desires
- 2 scoops of MX3 vanilla whey
- A dash of agave syrup or honey
- xanthan gum
Put the cottage cheese, fruit and whey in a blender, then mix. Once the preparation is ready, taste. Add a little honey or agave syrup for a sweeter taste. If the texture is too liquid for your taste, it is also possible to add xanthan gum to the preparation.
Protein bowl cake
What you need :
- 2 scoops of MX3 vanilla whey
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened low-fat cocoa
- 90 ml of milk of your choice
- Depending on your inspiration of the moment, chocolate chips, dried fruits, cinnamon, grated coconut...
In a bowl, mix the whey, yeast, cocoa and milk until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Decorate the dough with chocolate chips, dried fruits, cinnamon, grated coconut... It's time to let your imagination run wild!
Banana Protein Pancakes
What you need :
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of yeast
- 1 scoop of MX3 vanilla whey
- 40 g whole wheat flour
- Oil for cooking
Mix the eggs, yeast, whey and flour until you obtain a dough. Cut the banana into small pieces and incorporate it into the dough. Heat the oil in a pan to cook the pancakes.
Protein smoothie with banana bread flavor
What you need :
- 2 bananas, previously cut and frozen
- 240 ml almond milk
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 1 scoop of MX3 vanilla whey
- 1 Greek yogurt 0%
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Honey for sweet lovers
Put all the ingredients in a blender then mix.
