MX3 Expedition consists of a complete range of freeze-dried nutrition: breakfast, starters, main courses, desserts, outdoor snacks. Designed almost 15 years ago for excursions requiring food autonomy (trekking, hiking, sailing, etc.), it is now present in the survival rations of the French army and the UN.

We have designed them to be as space-saving as possible. Our meals are light thanks to their preservation technique, freeze-drying. Extra flat, they will make them easier to transport during your trails, treks, expeditions and will be an integral part of your backpack.

Made in France, our dishes are imagined, developed and manufactured in our family factory in Les Sables d'Olonne*. Above all, it is a quick preparation and easy use that will simplify your life after an intense effort. Thanks to the water lines placed inside our freeze-dried bags, we help you incorporate the amount of water necessary to rehydrate your dish! Although rehydration is possible with cold water, we strongly recommend using hot or even boiling water to rehydrate your dishes. Wait a few minutes (10-15 depending on the dish) to obtain a homogeneous texture for all of our freeze-dried meal preparations.
